The festival variation of India with variations of people and their culture

India is one of the most variations country in the whole world. There are different types of variations included with people, Language, Cultures, Customs, Agriculture, Food and lots of things but there is unity between each others ( Except some cases).

Reference:- This is the season of harvest and the India presently celebrating different types of festivals. This festivals are celebrating from North to South.

The Festivals which celebrating in India:-

Makar Sankranti:- This festival was celebrate yesterday on 14 January. When the sun enter in Makar zodiac and the days start long compare to nights.

Pongal:- This is the South Indian festival specially Tamilanadu state. The pongal celebrate continuously 4 days during the harvesting time.

Magha Bihu:- This festival also celebrate in the North East India specially Assam. It sees the first harvest of the season being offered to the gods along with prayers for peace and prosperity.

Uttarayan:- This festival celebrate in Gujarat as a kite Festival every year.

Maghi:- This is also know as Makar Sakranti in Punjab state. In this day the pilgrim baths in the river early morning.

Kicheri:- The festival is known as Kicheri in Uttar Pradesh and involves ritual bathing.

Festivals outside India:-

Shakrain:- It is a winter festival in Bangladesh. On this day it celebrate as kite Festival.

Magha Sakranti:- It is a Nepalese festival observed on the first of Magh in the Bikram Samwat Hindu Solar Nepali calendar (about 14 January).
