How to manage the preparation and the strategy of Civil Service Examination(About time management)

We have already discussed about how to Start, how to read, how much read and what read. Now we will talk about the time management because the time is an essential part of the study. How to manage your time:- It is normal question in mind of an aspirant that how to manage time. I will wanted to suggest you to make your own time table for the study. Many aspirants ask the questions that we have time table but we are not producing a positive result. Many of you same question can be in your mind. No problem I will solve this problem.
1 when you will make your time table one thing keep in mind, the time table which you will make it should be your own time table not the copy of any aspirants who are related with you.
2 Manage your time with sections, example. Give the priority of the best time for the best time. It means give the best time to hard subject, the means of best time is that when your mind fresh such as morning, early morning and night etc. This best time to help you to understand the hard topic easily.
3 keep the gap in the time table to take 5 to 10 minutes rest after the 2 or 3 hour study. Because by the continue study the body feels little weakness so it is very important to take rest between one slot to second slot.
4 In starting the time table should be make only 5 to 6 hour in a day and after the practice you can increase the time of study. Because in starting we will feel some difficulties from to seat long time on the study room.
5 For to encourage of your self you can write a motivational quote or any quotation of the great personalities who you like. And other it you can write your dream on the time table which help to encourage you for the study. It the reality this exam demand the patience and hard work and the hard work will come from the motivational quotes and the motivational personalities.
