What an Indian Administrative Servant (IAS) and his powers.

Context:- The Indian Administrative Service is the most precious and powerful service in India. Every year millions aspirants gives the Exam of Indian Civil Service which organize by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
About IAS:- An IAS is the Supreme leader of a district administration. We can says it is a boss of district. Mostly work completed under the permission of an IAS officer of the district. An IAS have lot of many rights to keep stable of the district where he is serving. Every department accountable to inform District Magistrate during the service of an officer.
How become an IAS:- The selection of the IAS is a long process after gives the many exams and interview candidates become an IAS. Every year UPSC offer to become officer and publish an advertisement for the selection of candidates in IAS and other Group A and group B services. Million candidates attempt the exam but only few are selected from the various parts of the Country. This exam done only three phases preliminary, mains, and interview. We have already discussed widely about these all process last few days. After clear all process the candidates goes to Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration(LBSNAA) at Mussoorie (Uttrakhand) for to learn the administration service.
Power of an IAS officer:- 1 An IAS have all administrative responsibilities of mostly department of the district. 2 He can be regulate the functions of the district during president rule but after order of governor. 3 Many social and economic policies implemented by DM on the district level. 4 DM some time dismissed a government employee form his service for temporary mode until the end of enquiry against the employee. There are lots of services in district where the DM accountable for all.
